Returns

1. Every client has the right to terminate the sale and purchase contract and return the product within 14 days since the date of dispatch receipt.

2. Goods and package should be kept in a primary marketable condition, goods shall not be in use (package, seals and labels shall be preserved).

3. In case of the contract termination the Seller shall not pay cost of cargoes dispatch. Expenses related to return of goods to the seller shall be borne by the buyer.

4. Goods shall be accepted for return only accompanied with documents, confirming the fact of purchase and delivery of goods to the Buyer.

5. Within 14 days after return of goods the Seller is obliged to return money to the Buyer.
